Right now you have to face the facts. Doverty isnt a very popular server. So I have been wondering what do trusted and mod do on the server. For admin you say build things like arenas and other things. For mod and trusted their job is to moderate chat. With barely more than 5 people on at a time how is that possible? Not server bashing but trusted can't show their skills at moderating chat if their is no chat to moderate. If you can make another job for trusted and mods as the server gets more popular with actual players, not players that their only goal is staff. That is when the job of trusted and mod comes in. The only real job for them is to sit back, play survival, and every now and then welcome a guest that leaves within a minute. I have seen this happen. Froggie you need to consider this problem. I have tried to make the server more popular but all the players want is staff. This concerns me. If this does not matter to you or you just do not care feel free to ask me to delete the post.

I will look around and advertise on all the forums i can find, hopefully this will bring more people  As for the trusteds and mods not doing anything, If they come on while I'm on I will probably get them to help making some more hg arenas for when the plugins are fixed (They also can try and learn or suggest some plugins that might be useful) Hopefully this answers you questions  -Sam |

In addition to what sam is saying, trusteds and mods can simply ask us for help. We can give them building permissions for the time being. Also, we do come accross misbehaving players inuding staff. You're right, trusteds could be bored doing nothing but that's the point. As a way to show they are ready for higher ranks, they can use their knowledge to create ways to entertain themselves. Mods are basically the same.
Sam and I will take into consideration "players joining and leaving within a minute". Andre, we can't stop guests from joining. We are not finished yet and we have random guests joining. We have many bugs and plugins to fix. I can't do much about guests joining. If I tell them to go or ban them, this isn't a good reputation shown. It doesn't set a good example upon us. As for, you advertising but players just want staff, I don't need anyone to start advertsing as we are not finished.
No I don't you to delete this post that you took time up to write. We all have our own opinions and the forums is a place to say what we believe. I am not stopping anyone for having their own say that people may be against it. If it goes to far or starts an argument, then yes I will lock the topic. Andre, don't feel like you're server bashing because you're not. I support anyone that wants to have their own say in a discussion.
