Hey guys, I had a new idea of doing staff of the week as a reward to show your brilliance and productive work throughout the week. All start apart from sam_2398, myself, NomarTheHero, will be in it. Admins, mods and trusted's are in it. We will look over the week and see who has 1, been active, 2, been productive and creative and finally been the most helpful. I will state the staff of the week every Monday or Sunday again, depending on your timezone. I will also hold a player of the week when we become more popular.
You may be thinking "This could be offending staff who are working hard but aren't getting it, however it's a way so staff can try and do their best. I think it's a good way for staff to compete for "Obviously don't fight about it".
